How to access my previous Apple ID to my device that was stolen and cannot remember password

My iPhone was stolen and as we all know we are spoiled by apple remembering all our passwords. I know my Apple ID previous phone number etc. is there any hope for me? I remember my very first password for that Apple ID but over 5 years it was changed quite a bit
