Nothing is working and I can't get back into my iPad I don't know who put a passcode on my iPad

My iPad recently got a passcode set on it by someone other than me and I now I can't get into my iPad.

You have to erase the phone according to these instructions and you must use a computer to do so.

If you forgot the passcode on your iPad, or your iPad is disabled - Apple Support
