Can I update my iMac from High Sierra to Mojave if my iMac is noted as Mid 2011

Your 2011 iMac simply does not have the hardware to run anything beyond 10.13.6. If you have a need for more up-to-date versions of Mac OS it's time to buy a new(er) iMac.
