Changing the country or region
I want to change my country/region but I have a credit balance is there a way I can clear the balance besides buying something because it’s only 0.15
Yes, contacting Apple support as per this support article:--> Change your Apple ID country or region – Apple Support
specifically at section (at the bottom): "If you can't change your country or region", 3rd paragraph.
