My iPad Pro having issue with Apple fitness

I have iPad Pro 12.9 inch (4th generation) with iPadOS 14.4 but still I am unable to download Apple Fitness. I have screenshot of my iPad below and a link that states devices you can use with Apple Fitness. What am I doing wrong? Devices you can use with Apple Fitness+ - Apple Support

You must have an Apple Watch connected to the iCloud account signed into on the device.
