How to disable find my iPhone when you don’t have password or Apple ID ? I bought a iPhone 8 in market place and now the phone is locked?????

The previous owner needs to log out of iCloud or go to https://www.icloud.com/find/ and erase the device, then remove it from their account. If they won't do that, the device is useless. Apple won't unlock it.
I said I don’t have any contact information about seller . I bought the phone in Marketplace (used phone)
If its not your Apple ID you’ll need to contact the seller and ask they remove it.
But I don’t know the seller because when I tried to call it disappeared. Does it have another way to get in the phone
