I have an IPad Mini 2 (Model # MD543AE/A), I restored it to it's factory settings but now the iOS version is 9.3.6 and says it's up to date. How can I update the iOS? I tried the "press and hold the home and power buttons while cable connected to itunes" but it doesn't work, all it did was restart my ipad. are there any other way? Thank you.
