Why can’t I update my cellular only

I can’t make calls because cellular didn’t update

As started you should have started with the Related Article

Update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad

Then Settings, General, Reset, Reset network settings,

If that does not work, and T-Mobile can't help, consider repairing the phone

arrange a repair

Take out the SIM and put it back with the phone on.

I took out the sim and it didn’t work so I took the phone to T-Mobile and they put in a new SIM card and the phone still didn’t work so they said they didn’t know what else to do
