Apple Watch unable to update and pair “not connected to internet”
So my Apple watch will not pair as it says it needs to up date but then “see photo” says unable to update not connected to the internet.

This happened to me yesterday with my new watch. Restarting both the phone and the watch fixed the issue and I was able to proceed. If that doesn't work, try resetting the Network Settings on your phone.
