Just since updating to OS 11.2.1, I have an issue with macmail. After I read a message, the message disappears. The mailbox is visable but any mail I've read is no longer showing in the box. I haven't marked it as junk or delete. If I do a search for it, I can find it but it still doesn't show up in the mailbox.
Any thoughts?

Stumbled onto the problem/solution. There is a Filter button in the new toolbar that I had to toggle off and that solved the issue.

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. It sounds like your email messages are disappearing after you read them. If you look in your mailbox preferences, do you see any mailbox rules that might be moving your read emails? Learn more here: Use rules to manage emails you receive in Mail on Mac.
