Deleting an app

In my app library I do not have any option of deleting an app. How can I get rid of an app? When I press and hold, all apps shake, but no mini menu

Turn off Screen Time, delete the app and then turn Screen Time back on.

Delete app How can I delete an unwanted app if there is not that option on the drop down menu or the “-“ by the app? The only option given is to remove from Home Screen but it remains in the Library. I’ve have several apps that I cannot delete.

Option to delete apps is gone When I long press the app to delete it, I get the options to remove app, share app, or edit home screen. When I press remove app, I only get the option to remove it from the home screen which places it in the app library but does not delete it. How do I delete an app?
