How can I pay from Bangladesh ?

I tried to buy app with my credit card several times but failed.

Apple doesn't have any services available to users in Bangladesh so no payment method is required. There isn't anything you can buy, sorry.

If you are using an account set to a different country you will need a card in your name at an address in that country that can be verified.
