I can't seem to back up my phone in my Mac. I have Apple Music, but am not getting anywhere

I need to back up my iPhone to my Mac in order to purchase a new phone and transfer the data

See If you can't back up your iOS or iPadOS device to a computer or restore it from a backup - Apple Support.


This is a user to user support forum. Sometimes you have to wait for someone to notice your thread that thinks they can help.
