What if the app is not listed when I scroll down? What do I do?

Have you tried to reinstall the app and log into it again from scratch?

I mean, did you try to use as when in your first time? Many apps require the additional settings when you reinstall it.

Try it.

Uninstall it, clean it up from your AppStore and then reinstall again.

The app feature may not be using Location Services. It may not need one.
