Apple care

Hi,

I’d like to purchase applecare+ For my iPad Air and magic keyboard, however when i enter my iPads serial number it says I’m not eligible to purchase.

i have had my iPad for more than 60 days, but is there no way to purchase AppleCare+ after this period?
