Apple iPad 2019 9.7 iOS 14 app crash

Hello sir.

I don’t know what the reason. Is it due to software update or what .. recently last 6 months my iPad 2018 9.7 app are crashing continuously.

recently while playing PUBG , app crashes more than 5 times in 30 min .

wirh Other app like Alibaba.com,ali supplier still the problem is same .. app keep on crashing. I restore my iPad . I tried factory reset. Still apps are crashing. What is the best solution by apple communities please suggest.

PUBG and Alibaba are not an Apple product, best you ask the app developer on their website/forum for support.

Troubleshooting 3rd party apps:

Delete the app
Re-download the app
If issue is not solved, contact the app developer
