Big sur download

Using Catalina 10.15.7. I can't get Big Sur to download. What do I do? MacMini keeps shutting down but won't download.

What year model is your Mac Mini?

You must have a 2014 or later Mac Mini to upgrade to 11.2 Big Sur.

The Late 2012 Mac Mini can only go up to 10.15 Catalina.
