Fall Detection
Does Fall Detection on Apple Watch require cellular service, or will it call 911--and only 911--even without cellular? If the Apple watch needs to be nearby, how close must it be?

It does require cellular service and if the watch is non cellular then the phone needs to be in bluetooth range(about 30 feet).
