How can I reset my SE I watch when I continue to get this message Device Locked first put on Apple Watch then unlock your iPhone. I can’t do that since I purchased a new phone and my I watch was dead at the time they made the switch. Please help me to unlock and reset my watch to pair to my new iPhone?

Follow these steps to remove the pairing of the watch with your old phone.
Remove Watch from Apple ID -
Go to icloud.com and login
Open Find iPhone.
In the All Devices pulldown menu select your Watch.
In the resulting sheet that appears to the right choose erase Apple Watch.
Then Remove the watch from your Apple ID.
The watch is now reset to the factory setting and should be ready to pair to your new iPhone.
