My Apple Watch wiggles but no X appear to delete apps
I have tried all the Apple Watch instructions to delete apps from my Apple Watch so that the update can be done; however I cannot delete any of them (???)

Then Re-pair your Apple Watch,this frees up a surprisingly large amount of storage space.And without any loss of data.
