upgrade high sierra to ?

Greetings. I have iMac late 2013 running High Sierra 10.13.6. I need to upgrade to 10.14 or 10.15. What I have read says that this should be possible, but I have been unable to find them, much less do so. Have tried Software Update, App Store, etc., etc. The only os that ever appears is Big Sur, which this computer cannot handle.

Perplexed.....

upgrading OS X to high sierra Running OS X 10.11.6 looking to upgrade OS to latest version that is an option. It appears I could upgrade to High Sierra but not to Big Sur---however I can't find High Sierra available. Any suggestions?

update os on macbookair 2015 I am running High Sierra 10.13.6 on my early 2015 MacBook Air. What operating system can I upgrade to, and how do I do it. The App Store doesn't bring up any available upgrades for this computer.

Open them in a browser other than Firefox.

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and download Mojave or Catalina through the links provided.
