Can't see a profiles icon in system preferences. Is it hidden?

In System Preferences, click the View menu and see if Users & Groups is in the list. If it is, you can restore it to the graphical view with View menu > Customize and ticking the box for the preference pane.

Sorry, Yes. I am the only user (administrator). Still don't see a "profiles" icon.
