APPLE ID

Hello I have an enquiry, on my App Store I am trying to download/update apps but every time I put in my password it comes up with incorrect password which shouldn’t be the case because my password is correct and I’ve even changed it multiple times to double check.

iPad mini 4, iPadOS 14

Are you sure the App trying to update is in fact tied to the Apple ID you think it is, and are providing the password for?


If it was downloaded with a different Apple ID, it will require that password to update, even if you have changed the Apple ID being used for iTunes & App Stores on your device.
