My iPad Air can’t make software up to date .

My ipad’s software is iOS 12.5.1 now. Not update automatically. Why? How can I do to update?

1. An unit running 12.5.1 doesn't have enough RAM to run 13 or above; for an iPad Air, it's a first generation model.

Your device can't go higher than 12.5.1.
