apple watch 3 storage full with no apps
reset apple watch 3 numerous times and it eventually shows the storage full with out adding any apps

As you use any computer it fills with caches, logs and temp files.
To clear out these "garbage" files you would need to unpair your watch from your iPhone then pair it back.
It will make tons of room.
