The scammer fraudulently convinced me to change my Apple ID on my phone, then they changed the password and now I cannot log into my account. They demand a ransom of the password and threaten to block the entire phone. I have a photo of the correspondence (in Russian). HELP!!

If necessary, if you are the original owner, contact Apple. Apple can remove the ID if provided the required paperwork.
Request additional support for unlocking your device
Either take the device, the original purchase receipt with the serial number, and a photo ID to the nearest Apple Store (if it has reopened)
