Downloading music from my Mac to my ipod
I have an extensive music library on my Mac that I compiled over the years by downloading music CDs. I cannot figure out how to download those songs from my Mac to my iPod.

You can connect the iPod to the computer via USB, and sync some or all of your iTunes/Music library to the iPod:
