This normally help me.
- Disconnect from power.
- Remove back cover
- Remove battery connector
- Power the laptop for 30seconds without battery power or AC
- Now plug in the AC adapter and connect it to the power then switch it on.
- Don't forget to Press CMD + P + R when powering on
- Once it powers on reconnect the battery & do the necessary to get it back to normal.
- NB Always disconnect the device from AC when the battery is full.
