Bluetooth Connectivity Issues

As of recently, my Bluetooth has been disconnecting randomly and it only happens when I have my AirPods in. I’ll usually be able to use my AirPods for about 30 minutes and then my phone will completely disconnect them and turn off my Bluetooth, and I can’t turn my Bluetooth back on or sometimes I can, but AirPods won’t connect once more. So my most common resort is to reset my phone of course, but once I reset my phone I am limited to only some applications for about 30 minutes (ie. Netflix and my mail will load fine, but my other apps such as Instagram won’t load at all and crash). I’ve tried factory resetting my phone, and at this point I’m not sure what to do, and I can not afford a new phone because I have to save up for a car in order to get myself to and from work. Please help.
