iMovie no longer uploading to YouTube?

Did iMovie remove the functionality to upload directly to YouTube? After the latest update to 10.2.2, when I select "Share" and "YouTube & Facebook", it just makes me save the file to my computer. And then I guess I have to upload from the website itself from the Apple instructional page. So what's even the point of having that option, and why did Apple remove that wonderful functionality that I used all the time?
