Cannot turn on Netflix on my apple tv

I cannot turn on the Netflix app on my Apple TV. I tried to restarting my Apple TV and re-download my Netflix app but still cannot turn on the Netflix app.

It seems the latest update of the Netflix app requires that the Apple TV is updated to the latest version tvOS. How to update your Apple TV - Apple Support
