is there a way to save songs greyed out in my iTunes?
I have a few songs that ai made in like 2012 that I want. what is odd is some of the songs from that time period I can play but there are others that say waiting when I check the song info..
anyone have any suggestions I have tried just about everything

Have you moved your library from one computer to another using iTunes Match or Apple Music? If you so you may be seeing entries for tracks that never completed matching or uploading from your original library. There is no way to repair those if you don't have copies of the files somewhere.
