Just updated to a iphone 12 pro from a XS; performed the data transfer, but my non-"i" apps are loading; they are in a perpetual waiting hold.

Just updated to a iphone 12 pro from a XS; performed the data transfer, but my non-"i" apps are loading; they are in a perpetual waiting hold.

I have since try to load the new phone by restoring from my itunes back-up - same result.... Have gone through all the fixes suggested online including making sure the payment vard was set up correctly...

Help!
