iTunes for PC is very much still alive and kicking!


You can download iTunes for Windows 7 directly from Apple; for Windows 10, you can download iTunes from the Microsoft Store.

Download and use iTunes for Windows – Apple Support


For Mac only, iTunes has been replaced by Finder.

I do still have itunes, but it no longer connects to any of my apple devices, so I assumed it was no longer "active", I can charge my devices, I can get to pictures via file explorer but can't do anything via itunes, the icon for my device is greyed out.


Is there any virtual way of going into a store and asking someone what's wrong?
