Air pods won’t connect after forgetting device

My air pods kept connecting to my phone after putting them away in their case, to stop this from happening I forgot the device. The next day I forgot I had done this and the battery was dead on them so I decided to charge them. After charging I connected them back, upon arriving at the gym I went to go lift and only my left ear pod was working, I kept trying for the right one to work but it did not. I decided to forget the device again and when I did this now my air pods completely will not connect or show up on my iPhone. They are fully charged and they blink white like they are trying to connect. I have tried all the resets online and nothing is working. Thanks for help in advance.
