why is my App Store and Safari not working on my IPhone 7 Plus

My phone is up to date with the latest version - iOS 14.4

App Store app is missing - cannot download any new apps

Safari doesn't recognize App Store secure address

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 14

Try this next:

Launch Settings app on your iOS device.
Now, tap on Screen Time.
Now Content & Privacy Restriction.
Next, you have to enter your Restrictions passcode.
Now tap on iTunes & App Store Purchases.
Click on Installing Apps.
Now, make sure the switch next to Installing Apps is ON. If in case, it's Off turn it On.

Yes. Examples- i just tried getting the mobile app for my military pharmacy “Get App” it asked me to allow, then said it was trying to open in a different browser/page.. I got the same message as the pic above.

Note: the App Store App is missing from my home page. Not sure how/why it got deleted

There was an error in the link (probably a typo) making it useless.

Ask Siri to open the App Store. You should not be able to delete it.

OK.

In your previous message from Safari there is a link (far right) to open the App Store. Click it.

Since the App Store can't be deleted yet you can't find or use it, you may need to restore your device using a computer.
