Apple Maps Chokes on "My Location"

Anything involving "My Location" doesn't work in Apple Maps on Mac OS. It just gives me the "loading" animation indefinitely. I haven't used the app since Catalina because of this, and it's still not resolved. I've made sure it has access to my location in "Privacy & Security", but it still doesn't work. Any other recommendations for a workaround here appreciated.
