Power button
My power button as gone into my iPad and it’s difficult to turn on
iPad, iPadOS 14
I'd make an appointment and have that iPad inspected at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector
After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
