External CD player

Hi, does anyone know if Apple sells something (external CD player) for me to upload all my CDS into Itunes? I looked but I don't know enough about it to know if it's the right product or not.

Use an Apple USB SuperDrive:

Use an Apple DVD SuperDrive and use iTunes to upload it ti. For a newer Mac, you may need one of these to connect it: USB C to USB Adapter.

"Yo are not required to use an Apple Superdrive; tray loading drives are far more reliable and, in most cases, less expensive. As long as it has the right cables to plug into your device, you should be fine."

Why a Super Drive:

For assurance of readability, use a USB SuperDrive, as not all drives work on a Mac.

Absolutely not necessary. Most drives are compatible with Macs as there are no drivers in a CD/DVD player/burner.

I do not personally recommend Amazon, but as you can see from the listings, there are many available, most compatible both with Windows and Mac:

And, if the OP is interested in a good quality product, I would never recommend any super slim slot loading drive - they are prone to failures. A tray loading drive won't be as slim and "cool" looking, but will be far more reliable.

I've had a Mercury Pro for many years. And it is just fine with a Mac.
