iPhone 11 is disabled connect to iTunes

I have a new iPhone 11. I have the message on the home screen: iPhone disabled connect to iTunes. I cannot update or restore or even log into my phone. Please advise.

See the instructions here to deal with a disabled iPhone. If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
