App Store- Country Change

Hello,

I used to live in Turkey and recently moved to the UK. I downloaded an app which is not available in Turkey but in the UK. Therefore, I wanted to change my country in App-Store but it didn't allow me to do so, saying that I should cancel my Apple Music subscription first. I canceled my apple Music subscription but it says still the same, it is still not allowing me to change my country.

Can you please help me, I need to change my country as soon as possible in order to use the app that I downloaded.
