Will spatial audio be available for iPad Pro 9.7 inch?
I love this feature on my iPhone X but it's quite small to enjoy video content. I'd rather to see on iPad or on my MacBook air

Sorry, no - this feature will never be available to older models of iPad and iPad Pro.
Spatial audio compatibility requires supporting hardware that is absent from all but the newest models of iPad - specifically Ultra Wideband (U1) radio.
