I can’t get the qr scanner to work, I opened my camera from the Lock Screen and positioned over the QR code but nothing happened, how do I get it to work?

Make sure that you are getting a good clear image of the QR code, and depending on what it is trying to do, you normally will get a popup for a program. I just tested one with my iPhone and it popped up a notification asking if I wanted to open the link from the QR code in Safari. Once I tapped on the link, Safari opened to the page.
