Reset my password on my phone for Apple

Hello, you can follow this guide to reset your Apple ID password (If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support).

Your iCloud email may be the same your Apple ID. Try going to Settings > Apple ID > Password & Security > Change password. When prompted, sign out of all devices and make yourself a note to go and sign all your devices back in with that new password.

Then go to iCloud.com/mail to sign in with your new password.
