I keep having to enter my password to allow use of my keychain info.

I transferred all my information from an old MacBook pro to my new one and since then I keep getting popups asking for my keychain access for applications which I never used to get

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 10.15

Verify you leave you keychain unlocked.

If your Mac keeps asking for the login keychain password ...
