Cutting A midi region using "Keep" - copies MSB/LSB/PAN/CHORUS/Volume after the cut point

Cutting A midi region using "Keep" - copies MSB/LSB/PAN/CHORUS/Volume etc from the initial part of the region being cut, to the start of the 2nd region after the cut. Can this behavior be turned off?

As an example

1/ Create a 4 bar midi region

2/ Place/insert a CC#7, CC00,CC32 at the beginning of bar 1.

3/ Place a normal note from bar 2 to bar 3 ( so it crosses the bar line)

4/ Cut the region at the start of bar 3....(so you are also cutting the note above) and when asked choose "keep".

The CC#7,CC00,CC32 - is now also copied to the start of bar 3.... (I would like to disable this behavior)

Any Ideas?
