Apple Watch update

My Apple Watch says I don’t have enough room on it for updates. It claims I have 1.9 GB available but when I look at usage there’s nothing? I’ve had to restart it each time there’s an update. Anyone else have this issue?

I have 0 apps, 0 songs, and only 20 pictures on my watch, and I only have 1.7 gb of free space. Under usage, activity takes 104 mb, photos take 20.7 mb, calendar takes 17.5 mb and there are a three more less than that. There is not a way that I've tried to make room available for the new update. Anyone else having the same issue, or know of a different way to update my watch?

Storage Apple Watch My Apple watch is telling me there is an update available but that it cannot be installed because it needs 2.5 GB storage to update. When I look at the storage available on my watch using my iPhone it tells me there is 41.82 GB available. I am at an impasse. I have tried turning off my watch and turning it on again, one piece of advice given, all to no effect.

Series 3 apple watch update I am unable to update my series 3 apple watch and I can't find anything that helps. I have deleted all of the apps, the old update files, anything stored on the watch basically and it still says that I do not have enough storage space to update the watch. It's been a few months and it just can't update and I'm not sure what else I can do.

This time I restarted it by holding down the bottom side button until the apple appeared on the screen and then paired it again. As it restarted it updated the software on its own and is working fine now. I'm curious to see if it will happen again with the next update?

Unpair your watch from your iPhone then pair it back to it.
