Too many notifications + Apple Watch Quality

I want to turn off middle training notifications, like closing each ring, or being half way (apple watch 6). Just final haptics notification is ok for me. How to do it? Any feedback will be appreciated.
my brand new apple watch series 6 has some underscreen dots, visible in sunlight. Please see attached. Is it ok? At apple support I heard this is not normal, but not under to be returned under warranty. What do you think?

You can turn off notifications

from your iPhone>Watch>Activity>

Stand reminders

Daily Coaching

Goal completions

Turn off the ones you don't want

Myself I have Daily coaching and Goal completions turned off.
