how do I see my family membera in family sharing

To see Family Members you need to setup Family Sharing first.

Once its set up, you can go to Settings->Account (top of settings)->Family Sharing to see all the members of the Family Group.

If Family Sharing is not yet set up, going to the above location will let you set up Family Sharing.
