Bluetooth Sound Level Notifications

I am using a bluetooth speaker (not headphones), and the Health app is tracking decibel levels as if I am using headphones. This is causing my volume to be automatically reduced to 50% due to "excessive levels", even though I am not using headphones.

How do I differentiate between bluetooth headphones and other bluetooth devices?

I am using an Iphone 12 mini with IOS 14.3.
